Returns

You can return items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

To start a return, email us at hello@petsfurn.com with your order details.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours with photos.

We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. Contact us, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
