Cancellation & Refund

At PetsFurn, we want you and your pet to love our products! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we can help:

Returns

  • You can return items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

  • To start a return, email us at hello@petsfurn.com with your order details.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours with photos.

  • We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. Contact us, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
