Returns / Replacement

• You can request return/ replacement of items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in unused condition.

• Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned / replaced

• To start a return / replacement, reach out to us at hello@petsfurn.com or +91 9444072590 with your order details, product photos and reason for return / replacement

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about approval.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours with photos.

• We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items. Contact us, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
